Chad Colbert

Chad grew up in Norwood NY. He attended college at SUNY Plattsburgh where he earned a BS in accounting. He has experience in personal tax preparation as well as corporate accounting. Chad decided to continue his education by attending Wake Forest University in North Carolina to earn his MBA in finance. After which he worked in the investment department of a large insurance company. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and the Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) designations.

Chad is married and has four children. He is active in his church and served as a missionary in northern CA. Chad works with Boy Scout troop 95 in Potsdam and is currently acting as Scout Master. He enjoys running and biking and likes being out in the woods.
